• Analyze the proposed value and protest if necessary.
• Research comparable values in the area.
• Negotiate value informally and if necessary attend the Protest hearing on the client’s behalf.
• Provide the client with an estimate of savings and an estimate of tax liability.
• Manage all property tax matters for the client.
