• File a rendition with the appropriate taxing authorities and appraisal firms.
• Receive and analyze preliminary appraisals.
• Using data provided by the client, negotiate values with the appraisal firm.
• If a fair value cannot be agreed upon we will protest the value to the ARB or Equalization Board.
• Attend the Protest hearing(s) on behalf of the client.
• Provide the client with an estimate of savings and an estimate of tax liability.
