Services provided for mineral and pipeline accounts:
- Work with the client to assemble pertinent, property-specific data necessary to minimize property tax liability.
- File a rendition with the appropriate taxing authorities and appraisal firms.
- Receive and analyze preliminary appraisals.
- Using data provided by the client, negotiate values with the appraisal firm.
- Confer with the client regarding results of valuation negotiations.
- If a fair value cannot be agreed upon we will protest the value to the ARB or
Equalization Board.
- Present the client's case at the protest hearing.
- Provide the client with an estimate of savings and an estimate of tax liability.
- Manage all property tax matters for the client.
