  • File a rendition with the appropriate taxing authorities and appraisal firms
  • Analyze the proposed value and protest if necessary
  • Research comparable values in the area
  • Analyze the proposed value and informally negotiate the valuation
  • Confer with the client regarding results of valuation negotiations
  • Formally protest the valuation, if necessary, and attend the Protest hearing on the client’s behalf
  • Provide the client with an estimate of savings and an estimate of tax liability
  • Manage all property tax matters for the client
