Services provided:
- Work with the client to assemble pertinent, property-specific information necessary to minimize property tax liability
- File a rendition with the appropriate taxing authorities and appraisal firms
- Analyze the proposed value and protest if necessary
- Research comparable values in the area
- Analyze the proposed value and informally negotiate the valuation
- Confer with the client regarding results of valuation negotiations
- Formally protest the valuation, if necessary, and attend the Protest hearing on the client’s behalf
- Provide the client with an estimate of savings and an estimate of tax liability
- Manage all property tax matters for the client
