- Work with the client to assemble pertinent, property-specific information necessary to meet statutory reporting requirements and to minimize property tax liability
- File a rendition with the appropriate taxing authorities
- Analyze the proposed value and protest if necessary
- Research comparable values in the area
- Negotiate value informally and if necessary attend the Protest hearing on the client’s behalf
- Provide the client with an estimate of savings and an estimate of tax liability
