Senior Tax Consultant, Will Presson is the former Chief Appraiser for Cooke County Appraisal District. Mr. Presson is a Certified General Appraiser in Texas and Oklahoma. He has 17 years experience in Property Tax Consulting. Over the years he has developed close relationships with appraisal districts and assessor’s offices in many states as well as appraisal firms such as Pritchard & Abbott, Inc., Thos. Y. Pickett & Co., Inc., Capitol Appraisal Group, Inc. and others.
Senior Property Tax Consultant, Pat Sloan is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in Texas. He also holds the Accredited Senior Appraiser designation (ASA, Machinery and Technical Equipment) from the American Society of Appraisers. He has 30 plus years experience in Property Tax Consulting, representing business taxpayers in industries such as oil and gas, utilities, telecommunications, and manufacturing.
